Preface:
The Ministry of Hajj is pleased to publish hereinafter the full text of the decree on the regulations concerning the services for 'Umrah performers and visitors of the Prophet's mosque from outside the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, issued in accordance with resolution No.93 dated l0/6/l420H of the Saudi Council of Ministers, and the executive by-law issued upon the approval of HRH the Minister of Interior and
Chairman of the Hajj Higher Committee, and the decision of the Minister of Hajj No.197/G/M/K dated 2l/l2/l420H.
The Ministry hopes that this regulation and its executive by-law would facilitate the performance of 'Umrah and visit to all Muslims the world over.
In facilitating the flow of 'Umrah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to demonstrate its full commitment to its role as the servant of the two Holy Mosques, all hajjis, 'Umrah performers, and visitors to the Prophet's Mosque.
